1. What is included in the entire package?

2. Metric or Imperial units?
All the plans comes in both metric and imperial units.

3. Do you provide material lists or blueprints?
Absolutely! All plans comes with complete material lists, detailed blueprints, step-by-step guides, photos, illustrations and even recommended suppliers around the world.

4. Do you offer it in a physical edition?
Yes, we do offer a physical DVD edition containing all the plans. You can opt for it in the members area. We ship worldwide! If you prefer to read a hard copy book, you are also able to print the plans off on your printer so that you can read it at your leisure.

5. Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

6. How can I be sure this isn't a scam?

1. Can I pay by check or money transfer?
FurnitureCraftPlans is only available by credit/debit cards or Paypal. We are unable to process checks or money transfers.

2. Can I purchase over the phone?
We do not operate a telephone call center, therefore we are unable to process phone orders. We are also unable to process checks or money transfers. All of this is part of our commitment to minimizing the risk of purchase fraud so you know that your credit card details or personal information cannot be misused or misrepresented.

3. I do not have a credit card. How can I purchase?
FurnitureCraftPlans is only available by credit/debit card or Paypal. You will have to get hold someone elses credit or debit card to make the purchase.

Alternatively, you can use bank transfer to transfer funds into a PayPal account. At the checkout page, select PayPal and login to your PayPal account to make the purchase.

4. Are my credit card details secure?
Absolutely. We are committed to making the purchase and order process as simple and secure as possible, both for our customers benefit as well as ours. For this reason we use third party payment retailer Clickbank to process all of our online transactions.

ClickBank is VeriSign secure which is considered the world's most secure credit card payment provider. In order to process payments with Visa and Mastercard, ClickBank requires: the CVV2 or CVC2 security code. This 3 digit code is found on th e back of your credit card.

5. The Clickbank order form does not appear to be working.
ClickBank does go offline temporarily from time to time (like most web sites), while this can be very annoying usually it is only very temporary and within 15 minutes or so it will be back online.

6. My credit card declined. Why?
Clickbank (our payment processor) has some automated security features when it comes to credit card transactions, especially with overseas credit cards. For instance, if the country of origin of the credit card and the country where this is being ordered from are different then it is likely that the transaction will be denied.

I realize that this can be frustrating but if you are unsuccessful you can try a range of other options, such as PayPal or getting someone from your home country to process the transaction for you on your behalf, and then sending the login details to you.
